Troubleshooting
Common issues and solutions
Installation fails on Windows
Run the installer as Administrator. Ensure Windows Defender is not blocking the installation.
App won't launch after installation
Restart your computer and try again. Check if your antivirus is blocking the application.
Printer not detected
Ensure your printer is connected and powered on. The app auto-detects system printers - no manual setup needed. Try the refresh button on printers in dashboard after connecting.
