We want you to be happy with BeOnline Pro. This policy explains how we handle cancellations and refunds for our services.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your BeOnline Pro subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Eligibility
  • •Refunds are eligible for yearly plans if cancelled within 14 days of purchase.
  • •Monthly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time to prevent next billing.
  • •Add-on services or one-time setup fees are generally non-refundable.
Exclusions

Refunds are not provided for partial months of service or for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement after it has been processed by our team.
